Chardonnay 2010
Whole bunch pressed to French oak barriques, the wine was then left on lees in barrel for 10 months and gently racked and lightly fined just prior to bottling. This chardonnay has flavours of nectarine, meal and a lovely spine of lime acidity. The wine has a mineral character and will develop more richness and complexity.

This unwooded chardonnay is made from grapes grown near the Westernport Bay area of South Gippsland. Fresh, clean and crisp, this unwooded Chardonnay has flavours of grapefruit, nectarine and passionfruit. The wine has lively lemon acidity and will develop more complexity with bottle age

Vintage Brut 2007
The Pinot Noir grapes for this 2007 Vintage Brut were all grown at the bottom of the Waratah Hills Main paddock. The fruit retained high natural acidity at full sugar ripeness while developing delicate fruit flavours. The wine had developed complexity and flavour from extended maturation on yeast lees prior to disgorging by the traditional method.

Prom Road Pinot Rosé 2011
The fruit for this wine was sourced from a vineyard in Berry’s Creek near Leongatha. Situated on a north-facing block on deep red volcanic soils the site is perfect for producing excellent pinot noir. Picked specifically for Rosé at lower sugar levels and with excellent acidity, the resulting wine is fresh and balanced, perfect for summer drinking. A pale, dry Rosé is best drunk in it’s youth

Prom Road Chardonnay 2011
The fruit from this wine comes from a lovely north-facing site over looking Westernport bay. It was picked at relatively low sugar levels with excellent natural acidity and flavour. The wine was tank fermented and left on lees for 7 months to build complexity. It displays nectarine and grapefruit flavours and a beautiful line of citrus acid to finish.
