Rosè
Originally Rosè was a delicate dry wine with early examples of this wine being
produced in France and Germany. A study in France in 2007 showed that the
sales of Rosè
were greater than that of White wine.
Rosè 2009
Waratah Hills 2008 Rosè is a dry, subtle pink wine, true to the traditional styling of Rosè. With a blend of grapes from South Gippsland (Cabernet Sauvignon) and our own estate grown Pinot Noir this Rosè is light, and can be enjoyed with food and a great summer alternative to white wines.
