Pinot Rosé 2011
The fruit for this wine was sourced from a vineyard in Berry’s Creek near Leongatha. Situated on a north-facing block on deep red volcanic soils the site is perfect for producing excellent pinot noir. Picked specifically for Rosé at lower sugar levels and with excellent acidity, the resulting wine is fresh and balanced, perfect for summer drinking. A pale, dry Rosé is best drunk in it’s youth.
