Our 2021 Pinot Noir - affectionately named the ‘Bonnie Rose’ after one of our owner’s grandkids - offers a beautiful expression of our site. This vintage displays a medium-weighted palate with subtle tannins and characteristics of white pepper and dark cherries. “This wine flows seamlessly, like the long cool season we were presented with”, says our wine maker.
Drink with:
Salmon or other fatty fish, roasted chicken, or pasta dishes. On its own with good company is a great pairing, too.
