The Harvest Kitchen

Our kitchen is currently serving a full lunch menu, a selection of our famous cheese and charcuterie boards as well as delicious baked goods to complement our wines and coffee. Featuring plenty of fresh, local produce from our kitchen garden as well as neighbouring producers including Trulli Bakery, Berry’s Creek cheese, and Fish Creek Mount of Olives olives.  Seating options available in our indoor dining room, protected sunroom, open courtyard, or on our iconic lawn chairs and picnic rugs.

The Cellar

Once an old tractor shed, you’re invited to step into our cellar door and enjoy the best of Waratah Hills.

Explore our single-vineyard, estate-grown Waratah Hills wine varieties, by the glass or bottle, including vintages of our Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Blanc de Noir, and Pinot Rosé. Try our more relaxed Prom Road range, currently featuring Prosecco, Chardonnay and Tempranillo.. As well as our iconic Waratah Hills Gin, the star of our signature cocktails. Plus a selection of local beers, ciders, and non-alcoholic options too.

Or enjoy a wine tasting paddle, and sample a selection of our Waratah Hills wines. available for $25 per person for a 3 wine paddle (partly redeemable on a takeaway wine purchase).

  • We don’t have a Waratah Hills shuttle bus (yet), but we know a local or two who offer passenger pick ups and drop offs for surrounding towns. (You’re welcome to leave your car overnight and pick up the next day, as the locals often do.)

    For individuals or groups up to 10 with “their with extensive fleet of sedans, maxi taxis and wheelchair accessible vehicles.” Book in advance via their website or #1300-687-222.

    (Heck, even ask one of the staff if they’ll drop you home after work for a lobster or pineapple.)

  • Yes, fido and floof friends are most welcome. Enjoy dog-friendly seating in our sunroom, courtyard, and lawn. We just ask you keep them on their lead.

  • Family groups are most welcome. Find a changing table in the disabled toilet, should you need.

    We just ask you to please keep your children supervised at all times. For the protection of our vines. As well as the kids’ protection from wandering snakes, watering holes, cars, agriculture equipment, and other animals on the property.

  • Yes. Our front door allows wheelchair access, as does our sunroom, courtyard, and lawn. As well as a wheelchair-friendly toilet.

  • Vegetarian, celiac, lactose sensitive, fructose intolerant; our menu includes an array of options that can cater to most dietary restraints, if not slightly altered on request. If you’re unsure, please reach out to our team.

  • Sorry to say: no. As with most wineries, our vineyard rows are off limits to guests. This is to protect their growth from accidental damage and to minimise the introduction of foreign pests and fungi that could wipe out our entire crop. And then no one gets wine :(

    You’re most welcome to wander our lawn and around our ponds on your visit though.

  • Of course. Pop your head in and speak with one of our staff about what you’re looking for.

    You’re welcome to grab or go.

    Or order a bottle, enjoy a glass or two, then take it home with you.

  • You’re welcome to wander in and find a seat. But please be forewarned: during peak seasons, like school holidays and long weekends, tables fill up fast. Which is why we advise to book ahead.

  • Yes. Our wine tastings include three different wines from our Waratah Hills range, at $25 per person for a three wine paddle.

    Though if you buy any takeaway wine, the wine tasting is partly redeemable.

    Please note: Wine tastings are subject to availability. During peak seasons, we’re not always able to offer during lunch service. Best bet? Give us a call so we can accomodate your booking.
